My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good experiences. The rooms, despite being a bit on the small side, were very comfortable overall. The heat didn't work properly causing the room to get overly warm, even with all the windows open. However, the room included a large fridge, a comfy bed with good quality pillows, nice bathroom products, and cable TV which added to the comfort. The service was top-notch, especially considering they were very accommodating to our dog and even dropped us off in the Yaletown area. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and within walking distance of many downtown attractions.
